Focused support for an upcoming tender, budget, or pricing deadline. Your quote defines the trade scope, deliverable format, drawing set, and deadline.

Hourly project support is billed at $60/hour, with most single-bid engagements quoted as a flat fee from $200. Small, single-trade takeoffs can often be turned around same-day or within 5 hours.

Ongoing administrative support built around your business and agreed monthly capacity.

Packages start at $600/month for 10 hours, with Essential at $1,100/month (20 hours) and Priority at $1,900/month (40 hours). Hours, priorities, and additional-work rates are agreed in your proposal.

Pricing reflects project size, trade coverage, drawing quality, document volume, coordination needs, and turnaround time. Share your plans or task list and deadline so we can define the right scope.

Every engagement starts with a written scope and a quote you approve before work begins. Your proposal specifies deliverables, included hours or task limits, revision allowances, turnaround, payment terms, and any rush charges.

  • Per-project work: 50% deposit to start, balance before delivery.
  • Monthly packages: first month prepaid, then invoiced monthly.
  • One round of revisions is included on the same drawing set; new drawing revisions are quoted as additional work.
  • Small, single-trade projects can often be turned around same-day or within 5 hours.
  • Rush turnarounds (48–72 hours) carry a 25% premium, subject to current workload.

Scope changes and additional work are agreed before proceeding.
